主要特征:
1、收放卷单元:可实现双向收放材料,二三放卷单元可同时动作,以实现阴阳膜的复合工艺;
2、涂布单元:采用高精度的五率昆涂布方式,并由高精度的伺服马达驱动,井配有白动混胶机;
3、 复合单元: 配有高精度的镜面复合率昆及高硬度的橡胶压率昆, 从而实现复合平整度;
4、整机张力:通过对低摩擦、短行程、高旋转的张力摆动辐的控制,从而实现数字化的张力控制;
5、混胶单元:
①配用高精度的齿轮计量泵,并采用伺服驱动和数字化技术,通过输入出胶量和混配比,以实现出胶计量的准确性; ②采用双重同步控制技术,确保A、 B胶的出胶同步;
③采用管路压力检测控制技术,保证正常的胶液输出;
④采用二次报警系统,以避免因出胶量而产生的慶品。
